There has been a glitch identified in the processing of claims at BCBS, and they may have sent you a check for services rendered at our office.  The accompanying explanation of benefits is also wrongly stating that we are not in network with BCBS PPO plans.  This is all in error, and Blue Cross Blue Shield is working on a fix.  Please forward any checks you may receive, along with explanation of benefit information, to our office.  Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience and do not hesitate to call the billing department at 231-755-0139 if you have any questions regarding this.
